The EM4205/4305 is a CMOS integrated circuit for electronic read/write radio frequency transponders. It is suitable for low cost solutions such as animal labeling applications. IC communication protocol is compatible with EM4469/4569 series. The main differences between EM4205 and EM4305 are:
EM4305 Two collision coil inputs with amplifying pad. The enlarged convex pad EM4305 transponder is used for direct antenna connection, avoiding the need for a module.
