Product Details
Electrical characteristics
Mifare One card is an 8K-bit contactless IC card with a capacity of 8K-bit EEPROM
It is divided into 16 sectors, each sector is 4 blocks, each block is 16 bytes, and the block is the access unit
Each sector has a separate set of passwords and access controls
Each card has a unique serial number, 32 bits
With anti-collision mechanism, support multi-card operation
No power supply, with antenna, including encryption control logic and communication logic circuit
Working temperature:-20 ℃ ~ 50 ℃
Operating frequency: 13.56MHZ
Communication rate: 106KBPS
Reading and writing distance: within 100mm (related to the reader)
Data retention period is 10 years, can be rewritten 100000 times, read unlimited times
storage structure
M1 card is divided into 16 sectors, each sector 4 blocks (block 0~3), a total of 64 blocks, according to the block number of 0~63. Block 0 of sector 0 (I. e. absolute address 0 block) is used to store vendor code, which has been solidified and cannot be changed. Block 0, block 1, and block 2 of each other sector are data blocks for storing data; block 3 is a control block that stores password A, access control, and password B, and its structure is as follows:
A0A1A2A3A4A5 FF 07 80 69 B0B1B2B3B4B5
Password A(6 bytes) Access Control (4 bytes) Password B(6 bytes)
Working principle
The electrical part of the card consists only of an antenna and an ASIC.
Antenna: The antenna of the card is a coil with only a few sets of wires, which is very suitable for packaging into an ISO card.
ASIC: The ASIC of the card consists of a high-speed (106KB baud rate) RF interface, a control unit and an 8K-bit EEPROM.
The reader sends a set of electromagnetic waves with fixed frequency to M1 card. There is an LC series resonant circuit in the card, the frequency of which is the same as that emitted by the transmitter. Under the excitation of electromagnetic waves, the LC resonant circuit resonates, thus causing charges in the capacitor. At the other end of the capacitor, an electronic pump with unidirectional conduction is connected to send the charges in the capacitor to another capacitor for storage, when the accumulated charge reaches 2V, this capacitor can be used as a power supply to provide working voltage for other circuits, transmit the data in the card or receive the data from the reader.
