Function Description
1. The 4428 capacity is 1K bytes, and the address space is from 0 to 1023.
2. All data except the password can be read out under any circumstances, and the password can be read out after checking correctly.
3. All data including the password itself can be written or changed after checking the correct password.
4. All data can be write-protected by bytes, and the data can be solidified after write-protection, and cannot be changed under any circumstances.
5. There is a password error counter. The address is 1021. The initial value is 8, the password check error once, then minus 1. If the counter value is 0, the data of the whole card will be locked and can only be read out and cannot be used again.
